The McDonnel Group seeks an experienced Laborer Foreman to lead industrial construction crews on a project. You will assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, enforce safety rules, and ensure work is completed on time and to high quality standards.
Ideal candidates have industrial construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and craft personnel; OSHA certification and supervisory experience are preferred.
