Registered Dental Hygienist

Our client is expanding their patient capacity to meet strong local demand, and is looking for a dedicated Hygienist to join them in bringing essential dental care to their vibrant, tight-knit town.

• Role Type: Direct Hire (W2)
• Hours: Flexible (2 to 4 days per week / ~14 to 32 hours per week)

• Monday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

• Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (Hourly wage)

• Chart restorations and lesions accurately, entering proposed treatment plans into patient records.
• Reduce bacterial load in the oral cavity for patients through high-quality preventative care.
• Review medical/health histories and record blood pressure.
• Perform instrument sterilization and assist with office duties.
• Communicate in a direct, friendly, and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate and support fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active Iowa Dental Hygiene License (or eligible to obtain).
• Prior hygiene experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply - mentorship is available!
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to direct, friendly communication.
