• Provide field‑sales technical assistance and product recommendations, including plant surveys, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and application testing.
• Apply polymer chemistry knowledge to support product screening, treatment‑program selection, and troubleshooting in chemical/refining and food & beverage verticals.
• Assist credentials with on‑site training, operator training, and equipment inspections.
• Travel throughout the continental U.S. (average 3 days / 2 nights per week – ~70% travel) as required.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or related field.
• Ten or more years of field experience in water and wastewater treatment (or equivalent to a four‑year degree).
• At least five years’ experience with a major water‑treatment company.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales representatives.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

• Salary range: $145,000 – $155,000 USD per year.

Remote – located in the Houston area. Travel throughout the continental U.S. averages 70% of the time.
