  Permanent, Full‑time or Part‑time Physical Therapist positions
• Start Date:
  
  December 1, 2025 (or as soon as possible)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, no weekends; flexible hours (full‑time 40+ hours/week or part‑time options)
• Shift: 8‑hour day shifts
• Compensation: $50 per hour (equivalent to $104,000/year for full‑time Physical Therapists)
• Relocation Bonus: $2,500 for out‑of‑state candidates relocating for Lake Charles physical therapy jobs
• Openings: 2 Physical Therapist positions available

• Active Louisiana state Physical Therapy license (required for all PT jobs in Louisiana)
• Clean background check (required)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred (new graduate PTs welcome to apply)
• Experience or comfort working with a 100% pediatric patient population (infants to 18 years old)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborative healthcare environments
• Knowledge of neurological, musculoskeletal, and orthopedic manual therapy techniques
• Familiarity with pediatric rehabilitative treatment techniques and therapy standards

• Deliver high‑quality pediatric physical therapy services to infants, children, and adolescents
• Communicate progress and therapy goals with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate daily notes, and complete evaluations
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech‑language pathologists, and other clinical professionals
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment
• Ensure compliance with pediatric physical therapy regulatory and practice standards
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and build positive relationships with community healthcare resources
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive team environment
