We are currently seeking a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist for a high‑growth startup. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision and a passion for patient experience. The shift is Monday‑Friday 5am‑1pm; you must be available for a minimum of 3 days a week.

• Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments in your own vehicle, process specimens with a portable centrifuge, and drop samples off at service centers or laboratories.
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and specimen processing with a high degree of accuracy.
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑growth environment.
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.
• Confirm your availability to your leader every Friday for the upcoming week(s).
• Work up to 29 hours a week; hours are not guaranteed in a PRN role.

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred).
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
• Proven exceptional customer service track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Bonus:
  Fluency in Spanish.
