We are looking for an energetic and reliable individual to provide exceptional luggage transport and guest services in a fast-paced casino hotel environment.

• Transport guests’ luggage to the assigned room following completion of the registration process.
• Picks up guests’ luggage upon departure and transfers to proper form of transportation or delivers for storage.
• Provides fast and flawless guest service by supplying guests with information regarding Hotel/Casino amenities, special events, and travel directions.
• Assists guests with room changes and maintains room key security.
• Actively participates in maintaining a spotless and safe working environment.
• Completes required room slip information and submits/forwards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follows and ensures compliance with all established safety and security guidelines.
• Resolves service issues according to established guidelines.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

• Must have the ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds assisted and possess the mobility and dexterity required to meet the demands of this position.
• Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a Bell Person/Doorman preferred.
• Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate written and verbal information effectively; must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
