Join our team as a Houseperson at L'Auberge Lake Charles in Lake Charles, LA.
Responsibilities- Supplies and replenishes hotel rooms with clean linen and essentials.
- Breaks down all used bedding and returns all equipment to its proper storage area.
- Vacuum, sweeps, dusts corridors to maintain them.
- Removes garbage and refuse. Makes sure carts for the GRA are filled with supplies and linens.
- Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous banquets experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high energy and take a proactive, strategic approach to dealing with issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
