Who We ARE Looking For:
- Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively.
- Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
- Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We are not your traditional life insurance company; we focus on high-value policies rather than traditional or low-premium products.
All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. The average agent spends $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premium.
We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team by adding more high-performing agents.
