In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic
Position based in Madison, WI. Relocation assistance provided for candidates who move to the area.
We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape. Your responsibilities will grow rapidly as you demonstrate skill and initiative.

- JD with 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
