Job Summary:

The Assembler is responsible for assembling merchandise according to specific company or product instructions, including following plans and/or drawings to compose merchandise or products. Organization skills and attention to detail are required to ensure items are secure and safely completed. The associate is also responsible for assisting customers should the need arise. Will interact closely with mostly management, co‑workers and occasionally customers.

May assist in other areas as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  Must have a high school education or equivalent.
• Training and
  
  Experience:
  
  Must be able to read and write competently.
• Job Knowledge:
  Some stocking experience or product knowledge is preferred. Ability to read, write, and use basic and occasionally specialized tools.
• Physical Demands:
  The work requires much physical effort. It involves little sitting, standing, walking, and heavy lifting on a regular basis. The worker works in and out of an air‑conditioned environment.
