Job Description Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role focuses on customer service and security in a concierge post. This position requires a security license and the ability to build meaningful connections with visitors and tenants.

• Schedule:
  
  1st/2nd/3rd call‑off coverage—must be available for all shifts
• Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees)

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of a high school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer proficiency
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus
• State license when required
