• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity or potential threats.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report findings per Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter risks and provide assistance as needed.
• Interact professionally with staff, visitors, and members of the public while upholding security standards.
• Handle and carry a firearm in accordance with training and policy, responding appropriately to incidents requiring an armed response.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and timely.

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Armed guard card or license.
• At least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• Criminal history considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state or local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
