We are currently recruiting for anInstrument Technician East Plantposition to work at our Lake Charles, Louisiana, East Plant facility.

Key Accountabilities

• Analyzes and determines causes of faulty instrument conditions and eliminates them by repair, calibration, and adjustment to meet the operational and quality requirements of the plant
• Performs routine and preventive maintenance duties of instrumentation utilizing standard testing equipment
• Overhauls, cleans, repairs, adjusts, and r calibrates various types of instrumentation
• Installs and adjusts new equipment and accessories for use in new installations
• Maintains analyzers

Formal Education/Working Experience

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience applicable to Instrumentationor
• Technical, industrial, craft degree or other training applicable to Instrumentation

Required Personal/Professional Skills

• Acceptable work history
• Pass all pre-employment requirements
• Ability to safely perform essential job functions
• Requires physical abilities to climb stairs and ladders and perform moderate lifting
