Operating at a journeyman level, perform a variety of complex services in specialized building system areas such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration including maintenance, repair, and operation.

• Perform a variety of mechanical, electrical and refrigeration service work including PM and repair, in a truck route service environment covering a portfolio of buildings for a single client.
• Plan, select, and lay out required materials for service and repair work.
• Work from drawings, schematics, blueprints, job layouts or verbal instructions and operate a variety of tools and equipment incidental to operations.
• Requisition new supplies and equipment.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Require off‑hour on‑call and emergency response.

• Five or more years’ experience in the HVAC/R service field.
• EPA Refrigerant Universal certification.
• In‑depth knowledge of various maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs.
• Physically able to perform maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, including ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs., etc.
• Ability to respond to alarm calls during off‑hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and a background check requirement.
• Team player committed to working in a quality environment.
• Familiar with boiler and air/water cooled chillers.

Pay: $36.82 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
