Kyyba is seeking a field-focused Product Technical Support role to assist PV&V field teams, channel partners, and customers with complex diesel engine diagnostic problems. You will lead troubleshooting, access diagnostic tools, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues on new products.
The ideal candidate will have a two-year technical degree, strong electrical diagnostics, knowledge of BEV systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
