Accounting Clerk

We are a growing company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our Finance Team. This position is ideal for an organized professional who takes pride in accuracy, and their work, and can manage day-to-day accounting responsibilities.

• Review, verify, and process invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation
• Accurately enter and maintain financial data in accounting software
• Post and reconcile cash receipts and assist with resolving discrepancies
• Support daily accounting and financial operations to ensure records remain accurate and organized
• Maintain well-organized digital and physical financial records
• Assist with month-end closing activities and other accounting tasks as needed
• Perform scanning, filing, and other administrative duties to support the Finance Team
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling financial information

• 1–2+ years of hands-on Quick Books experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
