Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Solve scheduling for clients as they prefer.
- Ensure all client needs have been met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
