• $24‑28 per hour + monthly bonus opportunity

• Support the clinical needs of the practice for patients and doctors
• Manage patient flow and pre/post‑operative care
• Set up and break down operatory pre/post treatment
• Take x‑rays in compliance with the ALARA principle
• Provide patient education
• Fabricate quality temporary crowns and perform denture soft relines
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations
• Perform quality digital intraoral scans
• Support patient charting
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Treatment plan presentation, providing payment options if required
• OSHA and HIPAA compliance

• Minimum 2+ years dental assisting required
• Active EFDA or CDA certification for the State of Florida, including dental radiology certification
• Endo and/or implant experience required
• BLS Certification
• Gentle and empathetic chair‑side manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional patient care
• Experience assisting with implant dentistry and/or oral surgery
• Proficient with practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
