• Manage office workflow for optimal efficiency.
• Welcome patients and ensure their records are accurate.
• Prepare for the next day by reviewing and auditing patient charts.
• Present and close on patient treatments.
• Proactively anticipate and improve customer service.
• Lead and motivate the entire office team.

• 3+ years' experience in a dental office.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multi‑task.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with practice‑management software (Open Dental preferred).
