We are hiring a Roadway Civil Engineer for an entry‑level, full‑time position with the Atkins

Réalis North Florida team. This role focuses on transportation engineering projects and will involve day‑to‑day support for programs administered by the Florida Department of Transportation.

• Assist with fast‑paced transportation engineering projects.
• Apply engineering principles and practices to deliver innovative designs.
• Provide daily support for Florida Department of Transportation transportation programs.
• Possibly maintain a local presence at client sites.

• Experience: Minimum experience required; bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline. Master’s degree desired but not required.
• Education: B.S. or M.S. in Engineering.

  Good interpersonal, technical writing, and communication skills. Proficiency in PC and CAD software required.
• Professional Registrations: E.I. or EIT desired.

Expected compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location.
