• Maintain cost data in the Navision ERP system by creating and updating bills of material. Replace obsolete items to ensure accurate margin information for the General Manager and Controller's pricing decisions.
• Manage the change request (PCO) process and workflow for Standard product changes and Option Product changes to ensure that high-priority requests are routed and completed promptly. (Costing)
• Manage the change request (CRS) process for New Models, New Options, Standards changes, and Options changes (Home Configuration)
• Monitor Change Orders to catch changes in builds, variants, or sales options.
• Oversee the management of series, models, features, options, and generic item data for various home models and specifications.
• Conduct production floor audits of bills of material for models and options to verify and update Navision bills for as-built items and quantities.
• Price Custom options and Models using Bill of material data and calculating margins.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Drafting, and Costing departments to ensure that all contributors are aligned on product changes.
• Maintain standard construction specifications for each brand.
• Maintain and publish Sales Price lists
• Maintain Standard Margin data for each Model (Margin Sheets by Brand)
• Attend Margin Review for Base Pricing and Option Pricing, and meet the corporate goals determined.
• Track commodity costs to assess the need to initiate or increase material surcharges.
• Track changes in parts and option prices for Month month-end process.
• Assist with the quarterly physical inventory count and valuation.
• Assist the Controller with accounting functions related to inventories, including raw materials, work in progress (WIP), finished goods, cost of goods sold, valuations, and reserves.
• Manage the configuration of systems and software used for quoting purposes.
• Additionally, provide support to AP in all job descriptions as needed.
• Collaborate with Purchasing regarding new parts added to Navision monthly.
• Reconcile Petty cash, run option usage and purchase invoice cost analysis reports for the month end.
