Our Tellers provide superb customer service while accurately and expeditiously processing a variety of retail banking tasks, displaying a positive, upbeat demeanor, meeting all Millennium Bank Teller standards, and adhering to compliance requirements.

Essential Functions
  • Servicing all new and existing accounts according to bank policies and procedures, which include but are not limited to:
  • Cashing checks in accordance with financial institution procedures, ensuring that funds are appropriately disbursed and collected, and completing hold notices if needed.
  • Processing deposits and withdrawals to savings, checking accounts, and lines of credit.
  • Processing transactions such as term deposits, retirement savings plan contributions, automated teller transactions, night deposits, and mail deposits.
  • Assisting customers with Debit Card orders/maintenance.
  • Processing loan payments & payoffs.
  • Making cash advances on credit cards.
  • Balance and maintain the ATM as assigned or required.
  • Processing customer transactions efficiently, professionally, and accurately.
  • Answers basic customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations, and consumer privacy policies.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ years ofcash handling experience.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent bump communication skills with the ability to be concise, clear, and consistent
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
  • Sound judgement in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Proficientિક્ષ in Microsoft Office
