Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, Outpatient Rehab, PRN, Lake

Wolfson Children's Hospital is currently looking to add a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to our Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Team in Lake City, FL. This is a PRN opportunity at Wolfson Children's Specialty Care Center - Lake City (Columbia County) location.

The ideal candidate would be flexible to work weekdays during periods of high census. Previous experience working in a pediatric outpatient setting and evaluation experience is required. No weekend, holiday, or call rotation.

• Evaluation and treatment of patients with all diagnoses.
• Provide extensive patient/family education.
• Provide multidisciplinary team care with other Rehab. professionals, nursing, physicians, social services, respiratory, support staff, etc.
• Work in a fast-paced setting requiring good time management, detailed documentation skills in the EMR, self-directed, and effective communication skills.

Active BLS from the American Heart Association, ASHA certification, and licensure from the FL Department of Health required.
