This is a part-time position paying $20 to $25 per hour.

Part-Time Night Manager

City Wide Facility Solutions - Gulf Coast is seeking a Part-Time Night Manager to oversee accounts in the Pensacola area, coordinate service providers, and work with the Account Manager to resolve customer issues.

The Night Manager will be responsible for quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors (IC). The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively across various facilities, including education, industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc. The Night Manager must exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns and involving management to meet client needs.

This is a part-time position with working hours from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am, including potential weekends. Candidates must be available to work these hours exclusively and have a flexible schedule.

Required Qualifications:
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Reside in the Pensacola area
  • Prompt and regular attendance
  • Own transportation
  • Facility management/janitorial background
  • High school diploma or equivalent in the commercial janitorial services industry
  • Understanding of basic business math
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Management experience, including coaching, motivating, and leading teams across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Energetic, dependable, detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, and email communication
  • Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Own an iPhone or iPad
  • Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Innovative with a focus on continuous process improvement
Essential Functions:
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with ICs and in-house staff by communicating client priorities and solving problems
  • Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance to retain and grow business
  • Communicate daily with Facility Solutions Manager regarding issues, including nightly recaps
  • Make work assignment recommendations for ICs, manage to client standards, and discharge underperformers
  • Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, new client onboarding, and VIP services
  • Implement company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and equipment use
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
  • Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Environment:
  • Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and extreme heat. Safety gear includes glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots.
