Ultra Maritime is the first and only qualified provider for the latest generation of sonobuoys for the United States Navy. We are world leaders in ASW products and systems from sonobuoys to sonars to countermeasures and more. Ultra is building a second shift to continue to meet the demands of our global customers. Production hours are Monday to Thursday 5pm to 3:30am.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for the manufacture, integration and test of a wide range of products and systems providing innovative capabilities for our customers.

Working under the guidance of a supervisor, the assembly role within Ultra assembles and wires difficult and complex assemblies using detailed work instructions. They may test, fault find and identify issues in order to meet our customer commitments.

Job DetailsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.90 per hour plus $2 shift premium for second shift; increases at 6 and 12 months
Expected hours: 40 per week (occasional overtime)
