Facility: Lake City Healthcare and Rehabilitation

Location: Lake City, Florida

Shift: Full-Time | 7 PM - 7 AM

Salary: Up to $33/hr

Lake City Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

• Administer and document medications and treatments according to facility policies and state regulations.
• Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff with exams, procedures, and resident care needs.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with the care team.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in alignment with care plans and provider orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to support optimal care delivery.
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned to uphold exceptional clinical standards.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active Florida LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care, rehab, or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment abilities, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
