Haven Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice LPN to join our team in Lake City, FL. This full-time role includes 7a-7p shifts with 3-12s and alternating weekends/holidays, providing one-to-one patient care and coordinating with a compassionate hospice team.
The ideal candidate is a licensed LPN/LVN with 3+ years of nursing experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will work in a supportive environment focused on quality patient care and family education.
