Dishwasher Responsibilities (to include, but are not limited to):

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Washing, stacking, sorting, and storing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware
• Maintaining a clean kitchen and keeping the dish area organized and free of clutter
• Following sanitation and cleaning procedures, including maintaining a clean, dry floor and ensuring trash cans and boxes are removed properly
• Ensuring equipment is working properly and reporting any issues to management immediately

Qualifications:

• Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment

• Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment
• May be exposed to wet or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and be required to work with cleaning chemicals
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team
