Responsibilities- Process customer transactions, assist shoppers, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Greet donors, receive merchandise, and report security issues.
- Handle donations, examine items, and prepare merchandise for sale.
- Ensure proper display and storage of clothing and other items.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
- Basic skills with register and computer operations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Respectful customer service and team-oriented attitude.
