Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

Store Support role at The Home Depot. • Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot and direct them to store departments or merchandise as needed.
• Provide administrative services and support operational processes.
• Interact with customers or vendors as required, including answering questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance tasks where applicable.
• Collaborate with other associates, vendors, and carriers to support store operations.
• Work with little to some supervision; remain focused on store-specific business objectives.
