• Managing small to large scale projects to achieve timely improvements to SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) metrics
• Drive facility’s lean culture by supporting business process improvements through Continuous Improvement events
• Assessand eliminatesafetyrisksin the manufacturing environment and drive improvements to ergonomics throughout the production process
• Establish production run rates, balance standard work, create smooth flow of material and finished product
• Improve product qualityby building quality control and mistake-proofing into the manufacturing process
• Drive cost reduction through improved labor efficiency, improved material utilization, reduced defect rates
• Implement product changes through ECO process and support new product launches

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing
  
  Engineering or Related Field
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, primarily Excel, Project, Outlook; & AutoCAD
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

• Must be organized, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasksand projects.
• Ability to influence and adapt to continuous improvement driven change
• Proven project leadership
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Demonstratedability to solve complex problemsandthinkstrategically
• Work with cross functional teams and leaders
• Ability to exceed customer expectations
• Primarily in a Manufacturing facility with split focus between an office environment and production floor
• Periodic work outside core business hours may be required during key business projects
• Less than 10% travel
