Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking clients in/out in a courteous manner; including going over all necessary paperwork regarding owner/pets information at the time of service.
- Answering calls and providing client support with miscellaneous inquiries, payment related question, special requests, etc.
- Ensure accuracy of client accounts, such as billing/email address, personal/emergency information, payment authorisation and collection.
- Sending/Returning emails and voicemails.
- General office duties such as sorting mail, filing, scanning, copying/printing documents, etc.
- Office upkeep and making sure all common areas are clean, organised, safe, and clutter free.
- Assisting kennel technicians.
- HANDLING, WALKING, feeding, cleaning up and caring of pets.
Part-time
Pay$15 - $17 per hour
Expected Hours20 hrs a week, including weekends and ALL HOLIDAYS.
QualificationsMUST HAVE A GENUINE LOVE FOR ANIMALS!
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
