• Lead the planning and implementation of commercial construction projects.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full-scale project plans and manage project budget.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Quality assurance, ensuring project standards are consistently met.
• Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Ensure construction safety measures are met at all times.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in the construction sector.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and tools.
• Proficient in using construction management software packages.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Leadership and human resources management skills.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong working knowledge of construction laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.
• Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding negotiation and estimation skills.
• Experience with strategic planning and risk management.
