Commercial Lending Officer Lake Elmo Bank

Job Description

• Proven ability to source, structure, analyze, negotiate and close multi-million dollar credit facilities and generate new business of $10-15 million annually.
• Ability to toggle between CRE, C&I, IRE and AD&C lending.
• Proven client relationship and portfolio management skills.
• Experience closing loans under the SBA’s 504 and 7a lending programs.
• History of compliance with the various regulations pertaining to commercial loans.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$170,000 depending on qualifications. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field is preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in commercial lending.
