We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our coaching team for the upcoming fall and club season. Our program is designed to develop young athletes body, mind, and spirit. If you are enthusiastic about working with youth athletes, have a strong knowledge of volleyball, and enjoy teaching both technical and life skills, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to connect with and inspire athletes of varying skill levels.
• Passionate about youth development and the values of sportsmanship and teamwork.
• Must pass a background check and complete our training and onboarding process
• Willing to learn and implement a club wide system
• Paid training and professional development
• Head Coach:
  
  Previous experience coaching volleyball at the youth, high school, or club level is preferred. Playing experience is a plus.
• Assistant Coach:
  
  Prior coaching or playing experience preferred, but not required.
