Oversee daily Tortilla Operations and provide leadership and direction to achieve profitable operations of all Tortilla related service in the company;
Ensure that all programs offered through the Tortilla are executed consistently in the store;
Be responsible for development of all direct reports;
Control costs by constantly monitoring and improving Tortilla operations;
Prepare the weekly sales and labor projections for the Tortilla department in order to maximize sales and profits.
