• Prior experience as a Water Mitigation Technician with a proven track record of success

• A customer‑first attitude and a commitment to restoring lives and properties
• Must be available on call after hours
• Moisture Mapper and Dash experience preferred
• IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration preferred

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends on call every three weeks
• This role requires occasional travel. Certain projects may involve extended stays at job sites
