Server - Part Time CWP

Part‑Time Position – CRISTA Senior Living, Shoreline, WA

Compensation: $16.66–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.

Benefits: 403(b) matching, sick leave, variable shifts. Employees must be able to take 3–4 shifts per week:
Monday–Saturday 3:30–7:30 PM, Sunday 10:00–2:00 PM.

The server is a short‑shift dining room staff position that supports dining room services to ensure an efficient dining experience for residents. The position may fill one or all of the following roles: waitperson, bus person or runner.

• Belief that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior.
• Committed Christian dedicated to continued spiritual growth and development.
• Prayerfully seeks God’s will in their own lives and in their ministry at CRISTA.
• Engages ministry including staff and colleagues through prayer, participation in spiritual practices, leading devotionals and other spiritual practices.

• Conducts themselves in a manner which reflects well on CRISTA Ministries.
• Demonstrates the values of a CRISTA leader.

• Must be able to read, write, communicate in and interpret English at a functional level.
• Proficient in basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division using fractions, whole numbers and decimals.

• Washington State Food Handler Permit.

• Adhere to CRISTA dress code.
• Follow all CRISTA Ministries policies, procedures and doctrines.
• Follow directions.
• Perform duties in a team environment.
• Use problem‑solving skills.
