Senior Accounts Receivable Clerk – Temp-to-Hire

Location:
Lake Forest Area

Pay: $27 per hour

Schedule: 8-5 but flexible

Our client, a retail products company, is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. This is a solo AR role reporting directly to the VP & Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post daily cash receipts (Microsoft AX)
• Handle RMAs, credit memos, credit card transactions
• Monitor customer portals and compliance scorecards
• Make collection calls and recommend credit holds
• Support customer setup and credit checks
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and audits
• Provide AP and fixed asset support as needed

What They’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of full-cycle AR experience
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• ERP experience (D3FO/AX preferred)

This is a high-impact role in a lean accounting team.
