Accounting Manager

Base Pay Range

$/yr - $/yr

• Full responsibility of Accounting activities for $60M global recreation/sports company
• Month end close, year end audit, financial reporting, and ad hoc projects
• Day-to-day management and supervision, and enhancement of Accounts Receivable, from collection issues to trade deduction management, new customer set up process and procedures, and steady maintenance of timely cash collection.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Lead, train and develop the AP/AR team. Provide day-to-day coaching, management and support professional development opportunities.

• BA/BS preferred
• At least 6 years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Experience, at least one to two years of experience in managing people
• Highly proficient with ERP systems; experience with Net Suite or related is desired
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office suite with the ability to learn as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to adapt to fast paced environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Two days a week on site - Lake Forest
