Our agency opened in July 2014 and currently has two team members who play an essential role in helping our customers protect what matters most.
Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a bar manager and bartender — an experience that taught me the value of strong communication, multitasking, and genuine connection with people.
My wife, who worked as a team member in a State Farm agency, encouraged me to take the leap into agency ownership, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
I’m a graduate of Chapman University, a husband, and a proud father of four. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I strive to create that same balance and sense of belonging within our office.

Role DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bradley Purcell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
