Child Care Lead Preschool Teacher - Children's Courtyard, Lake Forest Dr.

As a Lead Teacher you’ll:

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Take lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with families to promote child achievement and support center success.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state educational requirements and our childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoor and outdoor, engaging in physical activity with children.

• Position-based pay: $19.09–$19.84 per hour (Lead Teacher) – bi‑weekly or daily pay options.
