Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in building a career in finance and credit underwriting? CoWorx Staffing Services is looking for a Credit Support Coordinator I to join our growing Dealer Service Center team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in credit decision support, loan documentation review, and dealer relations while developing the skills needed to advance into a future Credit Analyst or Underwriter role.

Responsibilities:
  • As a Credit Support Coordinator I, you’ll play a critical role in the loan approval and funding process by ensuring all documentation meets company guidelines and credit requirements.
  • Review and validate credit approval stipulations to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate supporting documentation, including income verification, identity verification, residency documentation, collateral information, and business/entity documentation.
  • Partner with Underwriters to clarify conditions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation is obtained.
  • Work directly with dealer partners to collect missing or corrected documentation needed to move applications toward funding.
  • Monitor outstanding stipulations and proactively follow up to minimize delays in the credit and funding process.
  • Identify documentation concerns, inconsistencies, or potential risk indicators and elevate issues when appropriate.
  • Support the funding process by ensuring all required documents align with approved loan terms.
  • Utilize Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Microsoft Office, and internal systems to document activity, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide outstanding service to dealer partners by answering questions and guiding them through documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with Credit Analysts, Funding Analysts, Sales, Customer Service, and Credit Leadership to achieve service level goals.
  • Participate in training and coaching programs designed to build underwriting knowledge and prepare for future career growth.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and written communications professionally and accurately.

  • Associate degree or coursework in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in funding, loan processing, financial services, dealer services, or customer support environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) preferred.
  • Understanding of consumer lending and finance operations preferred.
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in credit underwriting and risk analysis.
Other Information:

Stand Out If You Have

  • Powersports finance experience preferred.
  • Auto finance or dealer lending experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or Personal Watercraft (PWC) financing processes.
  • Experience reviewing loan documents, credit stipulations, or funding packages.
  • Experience partnering with dealers, sales teams, underwriting teams, or funding departments.
