Performs routine responsibilities as a primary contact for clients, supporting coverage strategies and applying insurance principles to daily situations under supervision.

• Perform daily service tasks related to plan administration, client, and employee advocacy.
• Support team with deadlines and provide accurate, timely information.
• Assist members with benefit claims and inquiries, offering guidance and support.
• Resolve member claim issues through collaboration with providers, billing, and carriers.
• Audit enrollments and support open enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality.
• Stay informed on all group coverages and relevant policy documents.
• Complete additional functions and backup duties as assigned.

• Active Health & Life license or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• EPIC and Employee Navigator experience are pluses.

• High School diploma required;
  Associate Degree or higher preferred.
