CAC, a manufacturer located in Lake Forest currently has openings for short‑cycle Production Machine Operators with experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone who is a motivated team player with a great attitude. If you possess the required experience, a strong can‑do attitude, have a knack for accuracy and efficiency, and work great within a team environment, we’d like to meet you!

• Responsible for short cycle machine operations associated with quantity production of identical units
• Pull and cut orders (paneling, punch press, drilling)
• Start and stop machine, load/feed the machine and watch machine operations to ensure smooth operation
• Monitor production to ensure quality and perform verifications and inspection of the product and the machine
• Ensure equipment is in top operational performance by calling for repairs when needed
• Complete proper transactions for each job
• Label material with correct designations
• Ensure job and materials are of good quality
• Meet or exceed customer’s specifications as outlined on the manufacturing order
• Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by his or her supervisors

• 4/10 Schedule, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
• One year machine operation experience
• Experience and knowledge of machinery and/or tools
• Excellent team player and positive work approach
• Detail‑oriented and quality focused
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass the Drug Test and Background Check
