Staffmark is hiring an Assembly Operator in Lake Forest, CA! If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to grow in a hands‑on manufacturing environment, this is your chance to join a team that values precision, safety, and teamwork.

Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday

In this role, you'll support manufacturing builds, assist with process development, and ensure products meet the highest quality standards while working within a clean, organized production setting.

Responsibilities
  • Support manufacturing builds and assembly processes
  • Read and follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and specifications
  • Align materials and assemble components into complex units
  • Assist with prototype fabrication and testing fixture development
  • Cross‑train in other areas as needed to support production goals
  • Inspect and verify output quality to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2‑3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
  • Proficient in using precision measuring tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
  • Excellent hand‑eye coordination
  • Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
