POSITIONSUMMARY
Ethika is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate marketing program. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing relationships with affiliates, creators, ambassadors, and strategic partners to drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. The Affiliate Manager will own the day‑to‑day execution and performance of the affiliate channel, leveraging data, partnerships, and creative collaboration to scale program impact while maintaining brand alignment.
DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, creators, and partners across lifestyle, sports, music, and apparel categories
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, ensuring strong relationships and ongoing engagement
- Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth
- Manage affiliate platforms, tracking links, discount codes, and commission structures
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, E‑commerce) to align promotions, assets, and messaging
- Coordinate product seeding, launches, and exclusive affiliate campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all affiliate content and placements
- Stay current on affiliate marketing trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices
- Prepare reporting and performance summaries for leadership
- 1+ years of directly related experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnerships
- Apparel/Fashion experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing affiliate programs and performance-based partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing and optimizing performance metrics
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and cross‑functionally
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
