As a restoration technician, you will be a team member responsible for the professional restoration of our customers properties that have been damaged by water, smoke, fire or mold. We are in the business of helping people repair their properties and their lives.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

• Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers (

  Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as ability to perform water mitigation, mold, trauma scene certifications are added.)
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance
• Inspect completed work
• Complete Work Orders
• Follow Rainbow uniform policy

• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
• Maintain inventory of related supplies
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
• Maintain timely and effective communication and flow of information with Lead Technicians, Supervisors, or Managers

• Valid Driver's License
• Restoration and cleaning experience helpful, but not required
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of business software and application

Compensation: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
