SML Medical Supplies is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our medical supply distribution operations. This role is critical to ensuring medical products are received, stored, and shipped accurately, safely, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment handling medical supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, verify, and process incoming medical supply shipments in an organized and compliant manner
- Inspect products for accuracy, damage, expiration dates, and labeling discrepancies
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare medical supply orders for shipment
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and inventory organization in accordance with company and safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (as required)
- Update inventory and order information using the ERP system
- Ensure order accuracy to support healthcare providers and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all health, safety, and quality guidelines, including cleanliness and handling requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse experience preferred; medical or healthcare supply experience is a plus
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks)
- Familiarity with ERP systems;
Net Suite (Oracle) experience preferred - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling medical products
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills
