What does an Administrative Coordinator with Paul Davis do?
- Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
- Oversees office administrative operations
- Creates office systems
- Problem solves and helps people find solutions
- Improves the community by serving others
- Learns new things about construction and building homes
- Has fun and is part of a growing business
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and team members, handling inquiries and coordinating activities
- Manage and optimize office administrative operations and systems to support workflow
- Develop and maintain processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Collaborate with team to problem solve and deliver timely solutions
- Support community-facing and internal initiatives through service-oriented efforts
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance and courteous manner
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to problem-solve, follow systems, and help others follow them
- Comfort with numbers, measurements, and basic math skills (geometry)
- Experience with data review and identifying missing information
- Strong ability to create and follow office systems
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
